Economic
efficiency

Economic efficiency and cost certainty are our top priorities when developing our projects. We understand the needs of our clients and provide them with intensive support right from the early planning phases.

In addition to our extensive experience, we draw on data from our internal statistics database for material estimates. Our database contains data records for over 2 million m² of different types of buildings. This gives you a solid cost forecast that you can rely on right from the early planning stages.

Our commitment to the environment is reflected in our increasing focus on sustainability and resource efficiency. We take responsibility and contribute to shaping a better future by using CO2 -neutral technologies and advising you on possible subsidy programmes.

Regardless of the project, we offer technical and economic advice in all project phases as well as refurbishment and demolition concepts for every property.

“The savings potential of adding storeys to existing buildings is enormous and often underestimated. In the case of extensions, the land costs and the costs for development and preparation are eliminated. In addition, the approval time is considerably shorter than for new builds.”

This means that the square metre built often costs 30%-40% less than a new building. It is often possible to combine extensions with energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings, which enables access to federal funding programmes. Up to 3 million flats could be created quickly and cost-effectively by adding storeys alone. We will be happy to advise you with our expertise!”
